Hi, I’m Taylor.
Tailored Practice Support (pun intended) was not something I planned. It grew out of years of steady work, professional trust, and a reputation for reliability.
After more than a decade working within the court system and within law firms, I was approached by an attorney I had previously worked with who was launching her own practice and thought of me. She asked if I would help her build the operational side of her new firm… bookkeeping, billing, document templates, administrative systems, file structure, workflow management, etc.
That request became the foundation of this business.
Professional Experience
Long before entering the legal field, I spent over fifteen years in administrative roles, including nearly a decade serving as Executive Assistant to the Vice President of a major wholesale company in the New York tri-state area. In that position, I managed high-level administrative operations, financial coordination, and confidential executive matters.
My legal career began within the court system, where I served as Administrative Assistant to a Superior Court Judge. There I developed a strong understanding of judicial procedures, case management flow, and the importance of accuracy and timeliness. I later transitioned into law firm environments, where I supported attorneys directly as a paralegal and took on increasing operational responsibility.
I have served in multifaceted legal operations roles, working as a Senior Paralegal while also managing bookkeeping, office administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and all other inner workings of the firm. My experience spans both the legal and operational sides of practice management, giving me a comprehensive understanding of how firms function day to day.
The Work Ethic Behind the Work
Throughout my career, I have balanced professional and educational growth while raising two children. Climbing the professional ladder while simultaneously pursuing my education and raising a family required discipline, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to follow-through. In November 2022 I graduated Cum Laude from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. I plan to pursue Master’s Degree in the near future.
That same commitment to personal and professional growth defines the way I work today.
I understand what it means to carry responsibility. I understand deadlines. I understand financial accuracy. And I understand that small oversights can create unnecessary stress.
Why Tailored Practice Support
Law firms do not need chaos behind the scenes. They need systems that function predictably and accurately. Tailored Practice Support exists to provide that structure.
With experience in the courts, within law firms, and in executive-level administration, I bring a comprehensive perspective to the business side of legal practice. Whether managing bookkeeping, overseeing billing, organizing files, or supporting daily operations, my goal is simple:
Create order. Maintain consistency. Reduce strain.
That is the standard I hold myself to — and the standard I bring to every firm I support.
